Hey I noticed that the Belgic confession has some extra punctuations? I was wondering what they are. If you ctrl+f for the backslash symbol you can see some beside the apostrophes. Perhaps they can be removed? Thanks 
I didn’t remember to answer this… but no I don’t think it is the OSIS issues. I was very confused at how to explain but it looks like this

my guess is the escape character apostrophe gets hidden in some circumstance but then shows on some computers or edge cases
